Holly Retsas

Holly graduated with a Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice from Flinders University in 2020 ranking in the top 5% of the class.

With nearly three years of experience as a solicitor, Holly is passionate about various areas of law, including family law, probate and estates, criminal law, and minor civil matters such as debt recovery and neighbour disputes.

Her legal expertise includes representing clients in the Adelaide Magistrates Court, District Court, Supreme Court, and the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia. Building trust and strong relationships with her clients is a key priority, as she believes it is essential for achieving the best outcomes.

Holly intends to one day practise solely as a barrister in family and criminal law where she can truly put her love of talking and advocacy to good use.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, traveling, horse riding, and painting.
